2. Order Processing
   Upon submission, orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.
3. Shipping and Delivery

Logistics: We utilize reputable international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery is approximately 5–11 business days. Please note that transit times may vary due to carrier processing, customs procedures, or public holidays.

Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may lead to delivery delays or failed shipments.

4. Delayed Orders
   Should your order exceed the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at canvas@leashviora.com. We will investigate the status with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or a refund, if the order is confirmed lost.
5. Transfer of Risk
   For customers located in Europe, ownership and delivery risk remain with Leashviora until the goods are physically received by the customer or a person designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
   Customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please email us at canvas@leashviora.com within the 14-day window.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
   If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately.

Documentation: To expedite the resolution, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Resolution: After review, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. In many cases, damaged items do not require physical return.

8. Limitation of Liability
   Leashviora is committed to meeting all obligations required by law. However, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events outside of our reasonable control, including extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing delays.
